15 days intensive training

IAFT’s flagship 15-Day Intensive Training Program is a full-day, immersive course for aspiring fitness professionals. It covers Aerobics, Pilates, Diet & Nutrition, Power & Therapeutic Yoga, Pregnancy, Diabetic & Children’s Fitness, Spinning, and Advanced Gym Training. The program is internationally recognized, practical, and evaluation-driven, building real-world skills and career confidence. With 19+ years of excellence, IAFT conducts three intakes annually—April, August, and December.

45 days course

The 45-Day Training Program is designed for students already based in Mangalore. Conducted in the evenings for 2 hours, it allows for in-depth learning at a comfortable pace, with ample time for revision and detailed understanding. This program is ideal for those who prefer slow, structured, and thorough training.

online courses

We offer 2-hour, 1-day, and 5-day online programs on diet, health, and exercise, covering topics like cholesterol management, detox, and weight loss nutrition. These sessions focus on evidence-based science, designed to educate fitness professionals, physiotherapists, and health enthusiasts.

lifestyle management program

Our Lifestyle Management Programs focus on diabetes, hypothyroidism, PCOD, and heart disease management through diet, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modification. These are practical, package-based programs conducted at our center, with flexible durations tailored to individual needs, helping clients effectively manage their health through sustainable lifestyle changes.
